Choose To Be Happy-6 Steps
Lionel Ketchian- founder of the Happiness Club, joined Connecticut Style to share the six steps to happiness. This is from 2010 but I believe these steps are worth sharing.

Step 2: Choose to be happy
Step 3: Be Grateful
Step 4: Watch your thinking
Step 5: Learn acceptance
Step 6: Do something for someone else
